Ms. Janet Ang Guat Har is an Independent Director at Singapore Press Holdings Limited and Chairman of SISTIC Pte Ltd.

She serves as Chairman of the NUS Institute of Systems Science and the Caritas Singapore Agape Fund Board of Trustees. She is also the Deputy Chairman of the Singapore Business Federation Foundation as well as Member of the Board of The Esplanade Company Ltd, the Home Team Science & Technology Agency, the Singapore Polytechnic and the Cenacle Mission (Singapore).

Ms. Ang serves on the Council for Board Diversity and the National Youth Awards Advisory Council as well as the Singapore Business Federation. She is a Fellow of the Singapore Computer Society and a Member of the International Women’s Forum (Singapore).

She had a thirty-seven year career in the information technology industry and had lived and worked in Japan and China over a span of eleven years. Her last executive role was as IBM Vice President, Industry Solutions, IBM Asia Pacific.

Mrs Ang graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. She is an alumnus of Catholic Junior College, IJ St Joseph’s Convent and IJ Convent of Our Lady of Good Counsel. She is married to Mr Anthony Cheah Kia Heng and they have four daughters.
